Abstract: Today, one and a half years after the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (CAAA) were signed into law, EPA is struggling to develop the over 175 new regulations, 50 research projects, 25 reports to Congress and 30 guidance documents required by the Act. The purpose of this paper is to present EPAs progress to date with specific emphasis on those areas of the CAAA that impact natural gas operations.
