Major Contributors

The following organizations played a significant role in the creation and maintenance of the Measurement Library. Several of these organizations have their own disclaimers.

CEESI

CEESI initially the developed the Measurement Library in order to disseminate information about fluid measurement issues to the measurement community. In addition, CEESI continues to work with a variety of organizations to add downloadable PDFs and bibliographic references to the library. CEESI hosts various flow-related conferences (most recently the Gas Ultrasonic Meter User's Conference), which occur every June. CEESI's services include: Flow Meter Calibrations, Wet Gas Testing, and Specialty Testing. To learn more about CEESI, visit www.ceesi.com or follow CEESI on Linked In.

Pipeline Research Council International

The Pipeline Research Council International, or PRCI, has supplied an extensive amount funding and bibliographic references to the library as a service to the oil and gas industry. A variety of papers are available only for immediate download to PRCI members; members should access this library through the PRCI website in order to unlock the download option on many PDF's. To learn more about PRCI, visit www.prci.org or follow PRCI on Linked In.

International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement

The International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (ISHM) has permitted all but the most recent year as available for download. In the early 1970's, the organization currently known as ISHM was called the "Southwestern Gas Measurement Short Course"; proceedings from this era are all available for download. ISHM is held every May in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. To learn more about ISHM, visit www.ishm.info, follow ISHM on Linked In.

American School of Gas Measurement Technologies

American School of Gas Measurement Technologies (ASGMT) has granted permission for library users to download all but the most recent proceedings. ASGMT used to be called the "Gulf Coast Measurement Short Course". ASGMT occurs annually, usually in September. To learn more about ASGMT, visit www.asgmt.com.

Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course

The Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course is an annual event that focuses on educating the natural gas community in North America. AGMSC is held every summer, typically at the end of July. The AGMSC has granted permission for library users to download all proceedings. To learn more about AGMSC, visit www.agmsc.com, or follow AGMSC on Linked In.

Western Gas Measurement Short Courses

The Western Gas Measurement Short Course (WGMSC) purpose is to educate personnel of the gas industry to gas measurement and gas control. WGMSC seeks to improve the quality of service, advance the knowledge and learning, and provide a benefit to the gas industry. Prior to the 1980's the organization was known as the Pacific Northwest Gas Measurement and Control Short Course. WGMSC occurs in the spring of every other year (on odd numbered years). To learn more about WGMSC, visit www.wgmsc.org, follow WGMSC on Linked In.

Norwegian Society for Oil and Gas Measurement

The Norwegian Society for Oil and Gas Measurement hosts the Global Flow Measurement Workshop (formerly known as the North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop) together with TUV-SUD NEL, and has permitted all of their proceedings to be available for download. The Global Flow Measurement Workshop is held every October. To learn more about the Norwegian Society for Oil and Gas Measurement, visit www.nfogm.no, or follow them on Linked In.

National Institute of Standards and Technology

National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) contributed a large volume of measurement related documents that were in the public domain. To learn more about NIST, visit www.nist.gov.

Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement

The Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (CsHm) has permitted all of their proceedings to be available for download. CsHm is held every March, usually in Alberta, Canada. To learn more about CsHm, visit www.cshm.ca, follow CsHm on Linked In.

Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement - Grande Prairie

In addition to the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement, the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement - Grande Prairie meeting organizers agreed to also allow their proceedings to be available to the public. To learn more about the Grande Prairie meetings, visit gp.cshm.ca

Acadiana Flow Measurement Society

The Acadiana Flow Measurement Society (AFMS) granted permission to allow documents from its technical library to be a part of the Measurement Library in order to benefit the flow measurement community. AFMS is held every spring (often March). To learn more about the Acadiana Flow Measurement Society, visit www.afms.org.

Measurement Science Conference

The Measurement Science Conference (MSC) organizers agreed to allow their proceedings from 1970 - 2011 to be available to the public. To learn more about MSC, visit msc-conf.com

North American Fluid Flow Measurement Council

The North American Fluid Flow Measurement Council, which worked with CEESI to host the International Symposium on Fluid Flow Measurement, has permitted previous proceedings to be included in this library. This conference is no longer active. Papers can currently be downloaded for symposia held in 2018, 2015, 2012, 2006, 2006, 2002, 1999, 1995, 1990, and 1986. ISFFM is no longer active

National Institute of Standards and Technology

NEL and the FMI (Flow Measurement Institute) have taken a coordinated approach to make the majority of papers/presentations from their major events available to download. This includes the South East Asia Hydrocarbon Flow Measurement Workshop (20xx – date), the North Sea Flow Measurement Workshop (1996 – 2021), and the FMI conference (2015 – 2017). Flow Measurement Institute is no longer active.

Natural Gas Sampling Technology Conference

The Natural Gas Sampling Technology Conference granted permission to allow documents from its technical library to be a part of the Measurement Library in order to benefit the flow measurement community. This conference is no longer active.
