Abstract: In March of 1976, Houston Natural Gas Corporation sold their distribution system and transferred two of us over to the Nteasurement section of Houston Pipe Line Ccitpany, whidi is a part of the Houston Natural Gas Corporation Transmission System. Vfe were given the job of initiating and installing a training program for measiorement tedhnicians at Ifoustcn Pipe Line, Intratex Gas Cofpany, and Valley Pipe Line. The nethods of iirplementing the program was left vp to our imagination.
