Abstract: Currently the Customer Services Area is utilizing tomorrows technologies to improve the quality of service to todays customers. This is being accomplished through the efforts of a systems analysis group working within the Customer Services Area. Its main objective is to develop, implement and maintain systems that increase the performance and efficiency of our service efforts.
