Abstract: The safest and most accurate method of transferring LPG from bulk storage to a transport is through a reliable metering system. The basic concept in designing an LPG Metering System is to provide dependable components which can safely be operated by drivers or plant personnel. The system must provide a means to limit the filling of the transport and provide a hard-copy of the total volume and the amount of odorant injected for each loading transaction.
