Abstract: District regulators and load distribution are areas of much interest and lively discussion. Basic throughts on district ragulation and load distribution hava changed very little over the years. The primary concern is to provide good, safe, reliable, efficient, and economical service to the customer. From these essential ground rules, the latitude extended depends on individual needs and desires. It is not the intention of this paper to discuss in depth the intricacies of regulation. These will be presented in other papers at this meeting in detail.
