Abstract: Increased natural gas rates and fuel mixing or switching by large customers with alternate fuel capabilities created a need for measurement systems with a high degree of accuracy and wide rangeability. A single large meter run of the widest rangeabiliyy available will sometimes not be adequate to accurately measure the low flow rates encountered today.
