Author: Jerry Mcintosh

Abstract: Liquid measurement by turbine type flowmeters, as we know them today, has been around since the mid to late 1940s. The need for a better measurement system came as direct result of the aircraft and rocket industries. The pioneers in the industry took this need and developed the turbine meter to the point that was not too different than we see today.
