Title: Meter Shop Equipment, Techniques And Operation
Author: Jim Lancaster
Source: 1989 International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement
Year Published: 1989
Abstract: In the past we have discussed the how to of meter maintenance and testing more than how much does it cost. When we set our objectives, costs should be a priority on the same level as quality, productivity and employee relations. This paper and discussion will focus on costs and cost control work done at Arkla Meter Repair Plant in Sheridan, Arkansas.
