Abstract: The subject assigned me for discussion this afternoon is Testing and Repair of Orifice Meters and, of course, we understand by this that it refers to those meters installed for gas measurement. However, as you all know, the orifice meter is equally as practical for the measurement of steam, water, oil, etc, but we will discuss the testing of meters installed for the measurement of gas only. It is rather diffcult to adhere strictly to the subject of testing, but I shall truy not to oberlap in subjects that have been, or are to be, covered by others during this course.
