Abstract: If the application is Sour (more than 10ppm), put on SCBA and have safety back up person who also has a SCBA on. Ensure Vent Valve is Closed. Open Equalizer Valve. Open Slide Valve. Crank lower orifice carrier gear until upper gear is engaged, and then crank up per gear until orifice carrier is in the top chamber. Close slide valve. Insert grease to lubricate and seal slide valve Close Equalizer Valve Open Vent/Bleed Valve and blow down (de-pressure) upper orifice chamber.
