Abstract: Amongst the most impprtant instruments that those involved in the gas industry will come across are pneumatic controllers and transmitters. These devices are relatively uncomplicated but often misunderstood and because they are so essential to modern day gas control the objective of this paper will be to try and create a better understanding of them.
