Abstract: atural gas companies, from producers, to gatherers, to transmission companies to distribution companies, have similar requirements for host systems to manage their gas measurement data. First, this paper will examine some of the common requirements of these systems. Second, various types of software packages that provide some or all of the required functionality will be presented. Finally, actual system implementations will be examined.
