Abstract: There have been many discussions in numerous seminars treating the subject of orifice meters and their calibration. Since the orifice meter has been a standard in gas measurement for many years, a large number of calibrators exist for checking its accuracy. This paper treats a particular type of such a calibrator which takes advantage of the latest in semiconductor developments.
