Title: Best Practices For Mass Measurement Of Natural Gas Liquids

Abstract: Natural gas liquids (NGL) are the by-product of natural gas production or processing and are a mix of ethane, propane, butane, isobutane, pentane, and pentanes plus (natural gasoline). An NGL mix may be referred to as con - densate but generally condensate is heavier than most NGL and has a lower vapor pressure. The term conden - sate differs among users of the term and may be treated like an NGL or like a light crude oil. Y grade is another term that falls in the category of NGL except there is a limited amount of ethane content. The specific gravity of NGL is normally less than 0.65 gm/cc
