Abstract: The testing and recording of gas heating values has become more and more important with recent years to the Natural Gas Industry as a whole. Every year more companies are changing over to buying and selling gas on a term basis. It was therefore out of necessity that there has been developed, recording calorimeters which are both accurate and dependable. Much time and research was spent to this development. The purpose of this paper is to outline and. explain the requirements as effects the installation and testing of these recording calorimeters.
