Title: Inspection, Sampling And Quantity Control Of Petroleum Products In Ships
Author: Robert W. Goldstraw

Year Published: 1974
Abstract: The value of petroleum products and the need for their reliable delivery is self-evident. All suppliers and handlers of these products are therefore concerned with taking any practical precautions commensurate with the value of each product to avoid delays, adulteration of the product, discrepancies over quantities and the added expenses involved in each of these problems. Inspection, sampling and quantity control of these products is one of the means utilized in the attempt to protect them from unanticipated problems when shipping or receiving in bulk.
