Abstract: My experience in this matter has to do with Natural Gas Measurement in a large Transmission Company with facilities stretching from the Gulf of Mexico to the Canadian Border. No doubt what works for this Company will not work for others in its entirety. Possibly some of the methods used will be of some help. There are many and varied ways of communicating between the Field and the Office. To me good communications from the Office to the Field is what the Field Group expects from the Office Group.
