Abstract: To effectively utilize anything whether it be a person, a tool, or a machine you must know what it is, how it works, its component parts and its capabilities. You must expand your liorizons tn include all aspects of the operation of a particular item. You also must stretcti capabilities to the breaking point, all the time being prepared for unexpected success and failures. You too, must learn to look for all talents and facilities at your command. All this carrys with it the responsibility of pushing yourself, often times to the point much beyond that which you expect jfrom your people or equipment.
