Abstract: I am excited about the challenge I bring to you. On November 15 when the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 were signed into law, roles in the gas industry changed dramatically. It is important that we understand our new role so we can make positive contributions. Ill talk about where we were, where we are now and where we are going. Most importantly, Ill discuss what we need to do to reach our destination. The good news is the road is wide open, and we have the ammunition to finish first and to finish best. Lets not lose sight of the benefits of the Clean Air Act. It is good for the environment, and it is a real shot in the arm for the natural gas vehicle market growth.
