Abstract: Cascade Natural Gas is currently using the Roots Prover for transfer proving large volume displacement meters. We are using this system both at the meter shop arS for field testing. As of this year, we are field testing only those meters with a 3000 chf capacity or larger. All sBialler meters fall under our positive change program
