Abstract: Differences of opinion as to the amount of energy transferred caused by the profusion of existing pressure bases and condition of water content are eliminated by use of a method of custody transfer which is independent of pressure base, temperature base, or water content. Custody transfer by energy measurement as described herein, rather than volume measurement, is such a method.
