Abstract: Gas Measurement is an integral part of a pipelines business. It is used to, among many things, allocate volumes, invoice customers and calculate Unaccounted For levels. Many factors can affect the accuracy of this process. Following we will discuss these factors along with possible solutions. We will also briefly discuss the impact gas measurement has on an issue facing many pipeline companies today, Unaccounted For Gas.
