Title: High Pressure Measuring And Regulating Station Design

Abstract: What is considered High Pressure? Dependent on whether one is involved in production/ transmission/ or distribution of gas/ the words High Pressure may be expressed as very different values. For the purpose of this paper, it may be just as well if we consider everything above atmospheric pressure as being high pressure since in different operations the meaning could be significantly different. This can certainly be justified from a safety standpoint since extra precautions are sometimes necessary as pressures increase. In addition to the safety aspect/ elevated pressures definitely effect measuring station capacity and design.
