Abstract: Good morning! Thank you, Brent, for that kind introduction. I am pleased to be here with you today. I have been asked to discuss the background of industry restructuring and the major provisions of Order No. 636, the. Final Chapter and where the Commission may be headed in the future, the Next Chapter, with its natural gas agenda. I will then conclude with a few of the operational issues that seem obvious to me, a non- technical lawyer. John and Hugh will doubtless raise any operational concerns that I might overlook.
