Abstract: Since the late 1970s, Coriolis mass flowmeter technology has changed the way industry views flow measurement. Coriolis mass flowmeters were the first technology capable of measuring mass flow directly, without the aid of peripheral measurement instruments. Coriolis flowmeters provide highly accurate, repealable, and reliable mass flow measurement over a variety of applications, process fluids, and flow ranges. This success continues to accelerate the acceptance and growth of Coriolis technology and has expanded the application of Coriolis mass flowmeters from liquids to gases.
