Abstract: The National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) of the World are interested in determining the degree of equivalency of their water flow calibration facilities. To that aim, and under the auspices of the Comite International Des Poids Et Measures (CIPM), a Key Comparison (KC) is to be conducted. This paper provides the following elements for the planned KC: Outline Description of the transfer standard and its transportation Assembling of the transfer standard Installation Measurement procedure Reporting of the measurement results Data analysis The CCM approved version of the test protocol for this KC follows.
