Abstract: A typical Natural Gas liquids contract contains specific terms and conditions and general provisions. Specific terms and conditions are specific to a particular agreement such as identification of the parties involved, length of the agreement, pricing and exact actions to be performed by the parties. The General Provisions are terms which will be contained in most Natural Gas liquids contracts regardless of the type of agreement.
