THE COMMITTEE IS GOVERNED BY A STEERING GROUP HEADED BY THE TRANSMISSION MEASUREMENT COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN. MEMBERS OF THE STEERING GROUP INCLUDE THE CHAIRMAN, FIRST VICE CHAIRMAN, SECOND VICE CHAIRMAN, IMMEDIATE PAST CHAIRMAN AND SPONSOR.
