Abstract: The natural gas industry, like many other basic industries of the United States, continues its search for methods of increasing revenues and reducing costs. A primary responsibilily is to determine how to operate at more efficient levels by better utilization of equipment and techniques. The increasing demands for natural gas in todays energy market is presenting a real challenge to the gas industry to come lip with better operating techniques. One of these techniques is to optimize the load factor of the overall system in order to protluce more net income for each dollar of revenue.
