Abstract: A computer-aided calibration system has been developed to increase the power level accuracy of microwave signal generators. The main purpose of this production calibration system is to generate digital correction data which, when stored in the instruments memory, permits it to meet a more stringent accuracy specification while permitting design freedom which would otherwise be excluded.
