Abstract: Consideration should be given to space available, rangeability, initial cost and maintenance. Initial cost will not only include the meter chosen, but also correcting devices for pressure and/or temperature. It may be desirable to include SCADA devices for real time electronic measurement, remote monitoring and reporting capabilities.
