Abstract: This paper presents the conceptual framework and implementation of a computer based, management oriented information system dealing with the incurrence and application of labor resources in the Distribution Group of the Gas Transmission and Distribution Department. The Distribution Group is functionally responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of the gas transmission and distribution pipeline network, including district pressure regulation and service lines to customer facilities.
