Abstract: As offshore production flow rates decline, oil-fields mature and water fractions climb, it becomes increasingly challenging to achieve a representative sample for use in fiscal, allocation, and custody transfer. It is therefore important that a sampling systems performance is evaluated on a regular basis so that any limitations are identified to mitigate the risks to measurement accuracy and uncertainty.
