Abstract: ABSTRACT - The US Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL) utilizes four Direct Comparison Measurement Systems (DCMSs) for microwave power calibrations. The systems are configured as follows: one for waveguide power measurements, one for 2.4 mm coaxial power measurements, and two for Type N coaxial power measurements from 100 kHz to 18 GHz using NIST developed CN thermistor mount standards and NIST calibrated Tegam M1100 Series thermistor mounts1.
