Abstract: DETROIT district is centered mainly around the city of Detroit, which serves approximately YA million customers. Servicing appliances for the customer, as well as the detection and repair of gas leaks and other related activities, is the job of the service division. This division has approximately 600 servicemen in various classifications, approximately 400 vehicles, 300 of which are radio-equipped and in contact wilh the service dispatch center.
