Abstract: The Energy Information Administration (EIA) has developed annual estimates of domestic, proved natural gas reserves for the years 1977 through 1982. These estimates are presented in annual reports titled, U.S. Crude Oil, Natural Gas, and Natural Gas Liquids Reserves. Each report presents estimates of proved reserves and reserve changes on National and certain State and sub-State bases but focuses mainly on estimates for a given year. The purpose of this presentation is to show these data in tabular and graphical formats to facilitate the observation of trends in natural gas reserves and reserve changes over time.
