Abstract: The topics covered in this short paper by no means represent an exhaustive list. However, some of the major oil and gas measurement issues arising from the development of the remaining reserves in the UK sector of the North Sea are presented from DECCs perspective. The purpose of this paper is to stimulate discussion in these areas at this years workshop, as well as to clarify DECCs position in one or two key areas.
