Abstract: Continuous monitoring of the water content of gas downstream of dehydration plants or gas purchased from transmission lines is necessary for efficient cost-effective operation. Hygrometers require periodic calibration if useful data are to be produced. Hygrometer calibration procedures are reviewed. A hygrometer installation is proposed that incorporates calibration equipment.
