Abstract: This paper has two main purposes: to show how vehicie exhaust emission analyzers can be applied to fleet operations, and to show the benefits deriving from this application. Horiba Instruments, Inc., (formerly Olson-Horiba, Inc.) and Yellow Cab Co. of Los Angeles initiated a cooperative project to explore approaches to these two main goals.
