Abstract: It is an exciting thing to be associated with a project that you truly value as an advance in the stale of the art. I believe the development of the digital flowmeter-regulator to be such a project. I have been privileged to watch and encourage the growth of this flowmeter-regulator project as it has developed at Process Systems. Inc. It has also been a privilege to have the friendship and encouragement of a wonderful group of people at the Southern California Gas Company-Dick Price. Herb Clark. G. J.
