Abstract: With many Asian oil & gas operators facing tighter margins due to the current low oil & gas prices, the costs of deploying one multip hase meter per well is simply not feasible. Yet, multiphase meters and the abili ty to accurately measure the flow rates of oil, gas and water directly from the well-head in real-time still represent one of the best means of improving well e fficiencies and the cost- effective delivery of oil & gas from reservoir to r efinery. This extended abstract will examine how new, smart, flexible and cost-effe ctive multiphase metering technologies are meeting this need based around the concept of modularit
