Abstract: Selection of an electronic flow computer is determined by two things. The station si7.e should be the first item to be considered for selection of a particular type of flow computer. The types are Analog, Digital and Microprocessor based. By knowing the capabilities ou each of these it can be determined which one will be the most suitable at a particular location. One of the main things to consider Is the number ou meter tubes. The number of tubes will be a factor in selection of the proper flow computer. The second item will be what type of data is required from this station. These two factors are usually the first to be looked at during the first stages of selection.
