Abstract: Citizens Gas & Coke Utility have in 1991 commissioned LNG North the latest LNG Pealc Shaving facility in North America to meet the future winter month peak demands of the City of Indianapolis, and Marion County, Indiana. A number of changes with respect to equipment and safety standards have occurred in the nineteen years since their first facility LNG South was commissioned in 1972. An outline of this new facility LNG North is described in the paper and some of these changes are mentioned along with references to Federal regulations for LNG facilities.
