Abstract: The use of electronics in flow measurement has been rapidly increasing because of three major things: (1) decrease in cost and increase in reliability of electronic components (2) increased use of automation and centralization of data gathering and (3) increased use of primary flow elements requiring electronic secondary instrumentation.
