Abstract: The specific gravity is fundamental to natural gas measurement when the orifice plate is used as the primary flow measurement device. This paper will discuss several methods for determining specific gravity and the installation and operation of one of the more commonly used gravitometers, the Arcco-Anubis. This paper will also discuss the Arcco-Anubis Continuous Gas Sampler.
