Title: Witnessing Orifice Meters And Field Calibration
Author: Roger D. Brown

Abstract: Why Witness a Measurement Station? The reason for witnessing a meter test is to insure that the gas is being measured correctly. Accurate measurement is the result of a good test and a good witness. Anyone can witness a meter test, but to witness and know what to look for is another story. A working knowledge of the meter in question, how it works and what to look for is necessary.
