Abstract: This paper provides the most recent available information on Employee Qualification. It focuses on two proposals for implementation. The first section summarizes the 1991 unpublished Draft of The Department of Transportations (DOT) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). The second section is the official unveiling of the alternative to DOTS proposal prepared by the Employee Qualification Task Group of A.G.A.s Human Resources Training Committee.
