Abstract: TRAPIL owns and operates the first ever built and major network of multiproducts pipelines in Europe. To comply with the highest standards in terms of security of operations and of dynamic measurements of volumes for custody transfer, TRAPIL has implemented original and high metrological quality measuring systems to determine volumes of hydrocarbons carried by pipelines in the respect of international standards and local regulations. These objectives have been reached in a close work and confidence between manufacturers, french legal metrological services and TRAPIL.
