Abstract: Temperature ia the measure of the degree of heat of a substance. Units are usually degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius. The relationship between these two units is straight forward. The temperature of boiling water at standard atmospheric pressure (14.696 psia) is 100C or 212F. At this same pressure, water will freeze at 0C or 32F. Thus, there are 180F for every 100C and the conversion is evident:
